Team leader in building and developing Tiktok channel
Job Description
- Building a Tiktok Community Development Strategy
- Manage, train, build a team of 2-3 people to develop tiktok channel
- Plan and develop content for the company's TikTok channels
- Research and update new trends, research customer insights to build scripts and content for TikTok channel
- TikTok Channel Management Increase subscribers, increase real views for videos
- Coordinate with Cinematography, Design,... to build new products
- Monitor and update information about channels, provide weekly reports to plan adjustments.
- Other tasks assigned by superiors
Candidate requirements
- Have at least 02 years of experience building & managing TikTok channel
- Experience in building and managing small team personnel (2-5 people)
- Ability to create humorous content, follow trends, and tell stories
- Good English is an advantage
- Priority given to those who have worked on Youtube, TikTok, Fanpage
- Have in-depth understanding of Youtube, TikTok (algorithms, policies) and tools and utilities to support channel development
- Proactive, creative, good aesthetic taste.
- Dynamic, responsible and eager to learn.
