Return & Warranty Policy

1. Exchange/return within 33 days. If there is a manufacturer defect.

You will not lose any cost if it is LEONARDO's fault!

Note : Each invoice can only be returned once.

Example 1: If the product is defective. The product you bought costs 500k. Shipping fee is 30k. You receive the product and pay 530k. You use it for 10 days, the product is defective so you want to return it, LEO will still refund you the full 530k.

Example 2: If the product is not defective, can it be returned or exchanged? The answer is yes if the product is completely unused and 100% new. You bought the product as a gift for a friend, but you don't like it. LEO still supports exchanging or refunding it to you as usual!

Why did LEO do that?

Simply because LEO wants LEO customers to truly love and use LEO products in the most comfortable and enjoyable way!

Note: The 33-day return/exchange policy does not apply to shoes & sandals and engraved wallets.

2. Warranty: All LEO products are covered by technical warranty.

3. Easy & on-site exchange : You won't have to brave the sun and rain to go to the post office to send the product back to LEO, then wait for LEO to send the new product back. Just stay there, let LEO take care of everything! LEO will deliver the new product and take back the old product.

You just need to support LEO a little bit, which is to repackage the old product to give to the postman when the postman delivers the package!

4. Returns - Refunds: Fast and free.

Situation 1: If you come directly to the store: LEO staff will check the product and handle it for you immediately. LEO commits that the whole process will not exceed 30 minutes.
Situation 2: If you send online. Please write your Name + Contact Phone Number and Account Information to receive money with the goods. Please give LEO 24 hours (Except Saturday, Sunday & Holidays) after receiving the product to check if the product has been used or not, if the product is indeed LEO's fault or not? -> If sufficient and qualified. The money will be refunded to your account within 24 hours after LEO receives the product.
Note: Exchange/return does not apply to products with Sale price >= 40% compared to listed price.
