Fashion Design Team Leader - Accessories
Job Description
- Develop weekly and monthly sample plans and manage and promote sample design progress of Nam fashion design staff.
- Responsible for and deciding on design ideas and quantity of samples for production and business, oriented towards the collection
- Team building and development.
- Create concepts, moodboards, and trend reports to design products that suit consumer tastes.
- Design fashion products for the Accessories industry: Bags, Wallets, Backpacks, Sandals...
- Work with production to develop prototypes to finished products.
- Other tasks as required by superiors.
Candidate requirements
- At least 02 years of experience in a similar position
- Experienced in building and managing team personnel.
- Ability to analyze and grasp tastes, have thinking and creativity.
- Priority given to those with experience in similar positions at fashion brands
- Have knowledge of fashion, study and graduate related majors.
- Good at catching trends, love Ready-to-wear products, Minimalist style is an advantage.
- Must know sewing and pattern making techniques.
- Have worked in one of the following industries: Backpacks, Leather Wallets, Shoes
Interest
- Income: 12 million - 20 million/month (With bonus based on sales)
