Warranty policy for shoes and sandals at Leonardo
Leonardo always wants to create a great service and shopping experience for customers. Therefore, Leonardo always strives to constantly innovate and create many different product lines. For shoes and sandals, Leonardo is applying a one-year warranty policy from the date of purchase.
1. Warranty conditions:
- Lifetime glue warranty.
- 1 year warranty on seams.
- Shoe soles are warranted for 3 months if there is a manufacturer defect.
2. Cases of warranty rejection:
- External impact causes shoes to tear, scratch, and wear out the sole.
- Shoes are deformed due to contact with hard, sharp objects or the product is bitten by animals, damaged due to water immersion or sun exposure.
- Color changes or deformation due to improper care or use of wrong shoe care products.
3. Note:
- Customers will bear all shipping costs for warranty.
- Warranty products will be collected and brought back to the factory. Warranty period is about 2 weeks depending on the product.
