How to get back your workout motivation after a long tiring day
Everyone is busy in this era of fast-paced technology and often spends more time on work than on their health. So how can we balance our lives, exercise after a long day without getting bored? Try applying the following rules!
1. The 5-minute rule

This rule is not only for exercise but for anything you are procrastinating on. Use the 5-minute rule to trick your brain. This rule states that: Every time you are trying to procrastinate, you just need to start doing it for 5 minutes and everything will be done. Thinking "It will only take 5 minutes" is important when applying to eliminate boredom, loss of focus, and motivation. Former Instagram CEO Kevin Systrom once shared that he always thinks of the "5-minute rule" whenever he feels that the work is no longer attractive. "If you want to do something, make a deal with yourself to only do it for 5 minutes. When that time passes, you will feel motivated to complete the whole work." - Kevin said.
2. Set specific goals

A worthy achievement always comes with specific goals. If you want to have a healthy body, you must work hard every day at a certain time with a process from low to high. Maintaining your habit is more important than the number of hours you spend practicing. Imagine your spirit will be more refreshed or the desired body will appear after a process of effort, you will immediately regain motivation and start taking action. However, specific goals also need to have limits, practice within a reasonable time frame. If you practice too much, it will lead to exhaustion and no time for other tasks.
3. Keep your workout gear in front of you to help your brain remember.

This is a must-have tip when you’re trying to forget about working out. Leave a pair of workout clothes at the foot of your bed so that when you wake up, the first thing you see is your yoga mat. Or, buy yourself some new workout gear to get inspired to improve your health.
4. Find a workout buddy every day

Exercising alone can be frustrating and easy to give up, but if you have a partner, you might double your motivation by having someone remind you to exercise every day. Having a like-minded friend can easily make you confident and actively exercise to achieve results together, rather than being forced.
