MERCHANDISER - LEONARDO RECRUITMENT

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Implement, monitor and report progress from sample receipt, product development to completion between design department and factory.

- Understand and be able to solve and advise on production issues related to technology, product research and product improvement.

- Ensure understanding of product design, BOM, Tech-pack and timely feedback to ensure orders are completed on schedule.

- Monitor incoming QC quality and quantity of goods imported into the warehouse.

- Survey the product market, propose trending designs and search for new materials and techniques, expand factory resources to meet the company's production needs.

- Responsible for all contracts and documents related to production, reporting on production plans and status to superiors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Candidates have at least 2 years of experience working in the fashion industry (backpacks, handbags and shoes).

- Priority is given to candidates with knowledge and background in fashion.

- Proficient in MS and able to use Ps, Ai is an advantage.

- Withstand high pressure at work.

- Ability to organize and proactively complete assigned work progress.

INTEREST

- Salary 8-10 million, salary review every 6 months.
