STORE MANAGER - LEONARDO RECRUITMENT
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage all staff and affiliated stores.
- Guide and train consulting and sales skills for employees.
- Manage and be responsible for store image and existing assets.
- Market research, customer psychology to increase monthly sales
- Prepare monthly overview plans and reports for area management.
- Control and count goods in and out of the store.
- Resolve customer complaints and problems.
- Support and sales with staff.
- Coordinate with other departments to build and develop the business.
- Perform other related company tasks.
REQUEST
- Have 2 years or more of management and sales experience at other businesses.
- High sense of responsibility.
- Quick, progressive in work, able to withstand great pressure.
- Priority is given to candidates who can communicate in English.
INTEREST
- Income from 7-10 million.
- Holiday bonuses, insurance benefits according to the law.
- 1 day off/week.
