JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage Leonardo's sales channels on e-commerce platforms, priority given to those with experience in the backpack, bag, wallet, and men's and women's fashion accessories industry.
- Organize programs to increase sales, cross-sale, up-sale on e-commerce platforms.
- Build e-commerce channels, update and manage customer feedback
- Perform other related tasks .

- Know how to pay attention to customer feedback to improve service quality.
- Knowing up-sell and cross-sell techniques in sales is an advantage.
- Experience in sales and customer care on e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
